Key Responsibilities:

· Warmly welcome patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service with a smile.

· Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and efficiently handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

· Assist patients with filling out necessary forms and updating their personal information accurately. Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

· Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient flow and optimal office efficiency.

· Handle billing and insurance-related tasks, including insurance verification and claim submissions.

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and colleagues effectively.

· Organizational prowess to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.

· Previous experience in a medical or optometry office setting is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
