The Director of First Impressions must understand that to run effectively and efficiently, a Market Center must tend to its associates’ needs in such a way that they (the associates) are receiving the expected level of service and remain satisfied with the level of service provided by the Market Center.
The Director of First Impressions will be responsible for the appearance of the Market Center common areas. They will ensure the office is neat and prepared for business. The Director of First Impressions will need to have a relationship-based attitude as a result of the associate being the customer with an understanding that the agent associates will seek them because the associate likes the individual and are swayed by enthusiasm.

- Be enthusiastic, upbeat, and positive.
- Professional appearance/demeanor.
- Maintain an attitude of flexibility.
- Stay organized and efficient.
Duties:
- Answer Phones.
- Greet everyone with a smile.
- Assist management team in the office as needed.
- General housekeeping.
- Keeping inventory of office supplies.
- Mail Management.
- Deposits.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Organizational skills: 2 years (Required)
- Typing: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
