Front Desk Receptionist/Accounts Receivable

Knoepfler Chevrolet is seeking a versatile and organized individual for our Receptionist/Accounts Receivable open position.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our dealership, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and callers. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable duties efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and take messages as needed
• Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, billing, and collections
• Process payments and reconcile accounts
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred
• Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Familiarity with accounting principles and experience in accounts receivable preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Winter Hours:

• Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Tuesday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Wednesday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Summer Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
