We are a fast growing Internal Medicine Clinic looking for Front Office Receptionist. We are looking for dependable individual who is self starter, motivated, quick learner able to adapt to fast pace environment multitasking is a must. Must have experience in the medical field. Bilingual is a bonus. This position is being created to better care for our patients. The details of this position are as follows: Position is for a Front office Checking in patients, virtually and in person, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance eligibility, incoming faxes, outgoing referrals/referral authorizations, incoming and outgoing phone calls, outgoing medical records, handling high incoming call volume, referrals, authorizations and more.
Office Hours:
This is a full-time position days are typically between Monday-Friday 7:30-5:30 Hours WILL VARY.
