Job descriptionFront Desk Receptionist
360 Community Management is an established "promote from within" professional company specializing in Homeowners Association Community Management.

This is an entry-level position. Property Management or HOA knowledge is helpful but not required. Summary:

This position will assist in front reception customer service, answering incoming phone calls, and support administrative functions. The functions of this position will be assisting the office administrative function and will involve multi-line telephone support, customer service with homeowners by phone, written correspondence, and administrative office duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. · Greets scheduled and walk-in visitors and directs them to the appropriate area or person in a positive, respectful, and professional manner at all times.

· Courteously answers the office telephone and assists the caller accordingly.

· Opens, reads, and routes incoming mail.

· Facilitates mailings.

· Assists with the handling of homeowner requests received by telephone, in person, in writing, or via the internet.

· Assists homeowners with applicable pool keys, gate fobs, and community facility rentals. Accepts deposits and required forms and explains rules and regulations and key use.

Minimum Qualifications

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum one (1) year of customer service and general administrative experience; previous industry experience highly desired, but not required

· Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

· Knowledge of modern office equipment, practices, and procedures.

· Skilled in computer operations and pertinent software applications including the Microsoft Office suite of products.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

· Must be punctual; regular attendance is required.

· Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent phone etiquette.

· Customer service is driven with the ability to handle sensitive situations with poise, tact, and diplomacy.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands.

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Self-motivated, but willing to ask questions and seek help when needed.

· Must be professional in both appearance and character.

· Must be able to work as part of a team, foster a positive work environment and be willing to help other managers and staff members.

· Be objective – should not take professional growth encouragement personally.

Availability:

Normal working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
