Front Desk - Receptionist

I am looking for a pleasant, presentable, hard working Front Desk/Receptionist. This is for a busy Chiropractic/Acupuncture office in Morristown, NJ. The job requires excellent phone skills (written and verbal). They must be able to multitask and be able to stand for the office hours. They must have a caring attitude that enjoys working in an environment where patients are treated like family.

General Responsibilities:

-Making appointments,

-Collecting patient balances,

-Insurance work,

-Billing/Posting accounts,

-Assisting the doctor during examinations,

-Correspondence,

-Maintaining patient records,

-Ensuring record completeness and privacy,

-Light cleaning of the office,

-Answering the phone,

-Typing reports,

-Preparation and mailing statements, etc.

There will be some seminar travel involved.

(Full-Time, Will Train, Some experience helpful, Spanish Language skills Helpful)

Pay:

Pay is hourly plus incentive pay, based on the office production.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 8:30 to 6:30 (1 hour lunch)

Friday 7:30 to 11:30
