Senior Ai Qa Engineer

The WebstaurantStore, a leader in supporting the food service industry for two decades is looking for a Senior AI QA Engineer to join our growing company.

As a Senior AI QA Engineer, you will:

• Conduct research on how the QA Organization can leverage AI Testing on testing efforts, automation and improving accuracy.
• Develop AI-Produced test plans, assess the quality of test plans, propose adoption process to the QA Organization.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• Continuously enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency
• Mentor QA Engineers on other teams to test AI models and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, to ensure seamless integration and a smooth user experience.
• Participate in business strategy to recommend and deliver AI enabled solutions which solve business challenges.
• Perform technological readiness, data availability, and resources required to execute to proposed solutions.

We are seeking driven, motivated candidates who must have:

• 5+ years QA experience
• 2+ years experience leading testing or evaluation of AI models
• 2+ years experience as a test lead on a team, product area, or feature
• Strong in test automation frame work preferably using "Generative AI" or any similar AI Automation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience working with AI research teams
• Experience writing SQL queries
• Strong technical competency in at least one programming language such as C#, Java, Python, Groovy, or others. Hands on Coding to leverage AI API test cases to be automated.
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of QA practices (white and black box testing, risk-based testing, system testing, regression testing, exploratory testing practices)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization
