ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Answers multi-line telephone and directs calls to appropriate department/individual
- Greets visitors, issues badges, and provides safety briefing to visitors escorted beyond the Front Lobby
- Maintains Front Desk Security File
- Receives, sorts and distributes mail
- Distributes, receives and prescreens employment applications
- Responsible for employee badge generation and Front Desk electronic file maintenance
- Monitors DSSA Inc. general fax number; promptly and accurately processes incoming transmissions
- Responsible for placing office supply orders
- Assists Human Resources and other departments with clerical support and special projects as needed
- Regular and punctual attendance is required
- Performs other related tasks as directed
Education and Experience:
Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent. The minimum required experience includes 2-5 years in an administrative role using a computer and answering telephones.

Pay: $18.39 - $22.15 per hour
