Scherzo Music Studio is a professional music school in Summit, NJ. We teach music lessons in instruments & voice, offer college preparatory programs & early childhood classes as well performance opportunities for students of all ages & abilities. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, including overseeing administrative tasks, managing staff, and coordinating with other departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to take on a leadership role and make a positive impact on our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team.
- Maintain a filing system and database of records.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
