SalaryAccent Properties is looking to hire a friendly Front Desk Receptionist. We are looking for an adaptable worker to organize and coordinate the daily functions of a small Real Estate Office. Your role will be to greet visitors with a smile and always have a pleasant outgoing personality, handle a multi-line phone system, schedule tours/appointments and provide administrative and secretarial support to our Real Estate Agents and Property Manager while having the ability to multi-task at all times.
Looking for excellent written and verbal skills, in addition to advanced computer skills which is a non- negotiable requirement. Knowledge of Gmail, Thunderbird, Quickbooks, IRES and AppFolio and is a plus!!
Hours and attendance are as important as your personality as we need someone in the office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. No weekends required.
