- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Ensure the Front Desk area is clean and organized
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working in a medical office or dental receptionist role preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
- Training for beginner
