Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Desk area. This is a vital role in our organization as the Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying
