SalaryOur growing Endodontics office is looking for an enthusiastic full time Front Desk Receptionist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We work to establish long term relationships with our patients to provide healthy and beautiful smiles for years to come. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic and close-knit team. This position would be a good fit for someone looking to join a professional, yet family-oriented, office culture.
No dental/medical experience is needed because we are willing to train the right person!
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours per day, (total 40 hours per week)).
Responsibilities include:
- Manage phone and email communication throughout the day
- Checking patients in/out and taking payments
- Scheduling appointments
- Communicating with referring offices
- Inputting medical history and insurance information and verifying some insurance benefits.
