Watson Association Management is looking for a Front Desk/Admininstrative member to join our team.
Duties include:
- Answering calls and emails as well as Greeting Customers when they arrive;
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times;
- Managing and organizing calendars for multiple team members;
- Coordinating and scheduling conference calls, Teams Meetings, and other meetings for Leadership and others as needed;
- Managing and organizing both electronic and physical filing systems;
- Creating and editing documents, presentation and spreadsheets;
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, newsletters and other communications in collaboration with Managers;
- Maintaining and updating Contact database;
- Ordering office supplies and managing office equipment;
- Assisting with special projects and other administrative tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
- Prior office experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Vantaca or other HOA/COA data base experience preferred
- Prior data entry and software experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team Player
- Ability to work on site Monday through Friday
