We are a busy Toyota Dealership looking to add to our team. You must have an upbeat attitude and an approachable personality for our Front Desk Coordinator positions. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a team environment, along with little supervision. Has great work ethics and integrity. Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
This position requires Microsoft Office experience, Computer knowledge, and basic math.
Responsibilities are:
· Greeting customers
· Maintaining the database for stocking in inventory
· Answer phones in a timely manner. Transfer calls or take a message if needed.
· Make follow-up calls to customers if needed.
· Light clerical work includes and not limited filing, making copies, scanning documents, making files. Keeping supplies updated.
· Must check and verify cash and/ or credit card receipts.
· Help to keep the showroom area organized and clean.
· Special projects and back up responsibility for accounting
· Special projects from General Manager
We have several different shifts available. Part-time and full-time positions
Day Hours
Mon – Fri 9:30am – 3:30pm
Mon -Fri 10am -7pm
Saturday 9am-4pm
Evening hours:
Mon, Wed -Fri 4pm-8pm and Saturday (9am -4pm)
Tues, Thurs, 4pm-8pm and Saturday (9am -4pm)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
