SalaryOur Issaquah chiropractic office is currently accepting applications for part time front office team members. Our doctor's office is committed to providing the members of our community with high quality, affordable health care in a comfortable and caring environment. We're looking for an enthusiastic, bright, motivated and health conscious person to help grow our office and keep it running smoothly. You must appreciate the importance of eating well, moving well, and thinking well, and demonstrate a strong desire to contribute to a thriving practice.
The right person for this job is an exceptional multi-tasker and has outstanding people skills. Good computer skills are a must. You will have the first contact with patients, so this is an extremely important position. 2+ years experience in a reception, Front Desk or administrative position is required. Automatic bump in pay if you have experience using ChiroTouch software.
Some of the responsibilities and duties will include:
- checking patients in and out
- collecting co-pays and payments
- answering phones
- scheduling patients
- processing new patient paperwork
- completing patient correspondence
- closing the office for the day
We have 1 part time position open, for approximately 20 hours per week. This position is Saturday and Sunday.
