Front Desk Receptionist

Project Chesapeake is an out-patient behavioral health program located in Centreville, MD. We are looking for a motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

This position oversees all administrative aspects of the mental health and substance abuse program. The right candidate will be highly organized and have superb customer service skills. You will be expected to develop and maintain an atmosphere conducive to teamwork. It is also expected that you collaborate with the Program Coordinator of the office.

Duties for the position will include but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming calls from clients
• Orienting new staff to company policies and procedures
• Coordinating scheduling, insurance authorization, and financial obligations for clients
• Overseeing the processing of client intakes and discharges
• This is a fast-paced position in an environment that requires quick, decisive leadership on a daily basis.

Job Type: Full Time ; Monday - Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm , Friday 9:00am-3:00pm

Pay rate: $12.00-$14.00 /hour

• 8 hour shift

• Elkton, MD: Relocate before starting work (Required)
