We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Job Description:
As a Receptionist at Luxury Motor Cars, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming first impression for all visitors and callers. You will manage the Front Desk, handle incoming calls, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients, partners, and employees. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to our overall success.
As a BDC agent at Luxury Motor Cars, you will be responsible with following up with internet sales leads. This includes, phone calls, texts and emails to set appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Process Credit Card transactions
- Tag Keys
BDC Agent:
- Daily communication with previous and new incoming customers via calls, texts and emails
- Utilization of CRM software for notes and details for every customer
- Working closely with management and peers to reach monthly goals
- Ability to multi-task
- Great customer service skills
- Biweekly commission and Bonuses set in place
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or BDC role in car industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google, Word, Excel, knowledge in VinSolutions is preferred but willing to train
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and composure.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
