The primary responsibility of the receptionist is to keep patients on their care plan. This includes scheduling, re-scheduling, reminding and following up with patients on their appointments. It also includes collecting payments and making payment arrangements. The right person for this position has high integrity, a commitment to customer care and a desire to be part of a growing and thriving healthcare practice.

- Time management - we usually have a morning shift with patients, a mid-day shift of administrative work, meetings and lunch, and then an afternoon/evening shift with patients.

Pay, Benefits and Hours
- Pay starts at $17 per hour for a 30 to 40-hour week
- Chiropractic care is provided free of charge to employees and their immediate family (spouse, children). Care is provided at a reduced rate for other family members. Supplements, pillows, etc. are offered to employees at the office cost. PTO is offered after a year of successful employment
- Hours are somewhat flexible. An example is: Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. & 2:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Some mornings can be earlier and some evenings can be later. Occasional weekend shifts (for marketing or training events) are requested with plenty of notice.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
