Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, take payments and manage the Front Desk area
- Maintain a clean shop including: sweeping, folding towels, clean general areas
- Provide excellent customer service
- Weekly simple cleaning: dust shelves, wipe mirrors, clean chair bases and bathrooms - Reliable transportation to work on time
Skills:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or with customer service is preferred but not required
-General knowledge of Excel and keeping up with the register
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, good time management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in client scheduling
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide exceptional customer support
Availability: - Days needed are Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Reliable transportation a must.
