Fellowship Square - Mesa is an Assisted Living Community located in East Mesa near E Main St and S Power Rd! We are about 5 minutes away from both the 60 and 202 freeways close to parks, shopping and hospitals. Our campus just celebrated it's 25th anniversary this year!
About you:
We are looking for a full-time, Front Desk Receptionist! Schedules may include Mon-Fri + 4hr Saturday shift once every 2-3 weeks (10a-2p) starting at 32-40hrs per week.
Duties include: answering phones, assisting with potential resident tours, greeting/interacting with guests, entering resident work order requests, as well as other filing & data entry.
Front desk hours of operation: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 10a-2p.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Receptionist: 2 years (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Covid-19 Vaccination card or ability to get one if hired (Required)
- ability to pass a drug screen that includes THC (Required)
