Our Front Desk Receptionists enjoy a fast-paced environment, where your ability to multi-task and work independently is vital. The receptionist plays a vital role in maintaining order in the office, so we are only looking for able individuals with a passion for customer service. Qualified candidates will possess the ability to effectively respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone politely.
- Greet visitors with a smile and a cheerful tone of voice.
- Explain procedures to customers. Give out information to everyone who asks for it.
- Quickly respond to customer emails and requests.- Emphasize excellent communication skills because this is the only way to such a stressful position.
- Assist the Business Director in their duties.
- Direct residents and visitors to the proper locations within the building.
- Deliver mail packages internally to residents (under 50 lbs)
- Schedule trips for residents with our in-house transportation.
- Organize and maintain paperwork and files.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
