SalaryWe are looking for a friendly and outgoing receptionist to assist our customers and visitors. You will play a crucial role in our visitors impression when the come into our office. In addition to assisting customers and vendors, there are other general office duties that will be the responsibility of the front office person.
The office hours are 8am to 1pm, Mon through Thurs. There can be extended hours these days or Friday can be added to reach the 25 hours.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls
- Handle packages that are arriving and being shipped
- Direct the traffic that comes thru the lobby (vendors, visitors, )
- Assist with filing and organizing
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Work Location: In person
