We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional attitude. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Take messages for staff members who are unavailable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
