Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with reservations and bookings
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest service or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling reservations

This position is for the 3pm-11pm shift, schedule/days is flexible based on the right candidate's availability. Set Schedule 3-4 days weekly with options for more hours based on business needs.
