Schedule:
- Monday, Thursday- 8:30-4:30
- Friday - 8:30 am -12:30 pm
Pay: $15.00/hour

What You Do:
1. Answers telephone, transfers calls, and takes complete & clear messages (including full name and phone number) in a professional manner.
2. Greets all visitors and provides needed information.
3. Assists in maintaining cleanliness in the reception area and kitchen
4. Assists Host Home and Administrative staff to make phone calls, and send emails to assist in communication to gather documents and make reminder calls and emails
5. Assists Host Home staff to coordinate and schedule interviews
6. Oversees office equipment maintenance by calling for repairs when needed and changing ink cartridges as necessary.
7. Opens, date stamps and distributes incoming mail to appropriate people
8. Forwards incoming faxes to appropriate person
9. Assists in printing, and mailing for all departments as requested
10. Makes phone calls to employees regarding in-service and other important information
11. Supports Candeo’s Mission to inspire our clients to achieve their personal goals.
12. Assists Copy Clerk as needed
13. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education/Training/License/Certification Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- One (1) plus years administrative experience
Skill or Proficiency Requirements
- High level of literacy in spoken and written English
- Ability to handle multi-incoming lines and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Proficient in Microsoft software and applications
- Ability to operate and maintain office equipment
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass criminal history, child abuse, dependent adult abuse and sex offender background checks
