Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Ensure smooth operation of phone systems and other office equipment
Skills:
- Experience working in auto dealership office setting is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records
