QBS seeks full time energetic, intelligent, personable and pleasant individual who is committed to quality and excelling, to join our team. Candidate must be able to prioritize, be detail oriented & persistent, deadline-driven, well organized, and able to work independently with little supervision. This individual manages and coordinates a very active reception desk and telephone operation. The company has many visitors throughout the day, including a high volume of job applicants, new hires and existing employees, which must be coordinated by the reception staff.

Essential Functions:
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
- Ensure the efficient workflow of all Front Desk responsibilities and attend to visitors waiting for appointments
- Communicate clearly and effectively with external customers, vendors, job applicants and co-workers within the organization
- Schedule meetings, job interviews and other visitor activities; maintain records of same
- Provide administrative support for various departments as requested
- File, retrieve and maintain corporate documents, records and reports
- Maintain various scheduling and event calendars
- Make copies of correspondence or other printed material
Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to understand, speak and read Spanish fluently
- Exceptional organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and possess exemplary customer/guest service skills
- Ability to work in fast pace environment
- Administrative support experience in addition to reception desk handling
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with excellent attention to detail.
