Front Desk Receptionist

We are boutique medical spa in Bradenton, Florida located on Manatee Ave looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, reliable & motivated applicant who is passionate about all things aesthetics to join our growing practice!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments using electronic scheduling system
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Collect necessary fees
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed using medical office software
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

-Assist providers with tasks when needed

-Patient follow ups post treatment

-Assist patients with reward points

-Light housekeeping duties (dusting/restock fridge/vacuum)

-Experience with social media (instagram, Facebook etc)

-Assisting patients on products and treatment purchases

Skills:
- Previous experience working at the Front Desk of a medical office or medical spa (1+ year experience in aesthetic / beauty / customer service)
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures to provide accurate information to patients (Botox / Filler / Skin Care)
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in patient records and appointment scheduling
