A four day work week gives our team a healthy work-life balance with weekends and holidays off.
Schedule: 7:00am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday
What You Will Do
- You will serve as the first impression for our clinic to all patients and visitors.
- Effectively communicate with our patients and staff through phone, email, and chat.
- Accurately schedule appointments based on patients’ need and clinic availability
- Asses and coordinate our patient’s follow up plans, post-op instructions, and patient callbacks.
- Obtain patient demographic and insurance information and accept payments.
- Navigate our electronic medical records system
Basic Qualifications
- Customer service experience with a desire to assist
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Welcoming attitude to all patients
- High school education or equivalent
Preferred
- The qualified professional we seek would have experience in a medical office, clinic, or hospital setting.
