```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system
- Coordinate with dental or medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or complaints
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using dental or medical office systems such as Dentrix or eClinicalWorks
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
