```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating patient information and billing details
- Transcribe and type medical reports, correspondence, and other documents as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Operate office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is desirable but not required
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and customer service skills
