Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
