The Front Desk staff is responsible for assisting with the Front Desk and guest service. Must be able to multitask and prioritize, with excellent follow-up and customer service skills. He is responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction of guests from the moment of arrival at the hotel until their departure.
Your duties as an agent at the Front Desk will include
- Greeting guests, check-in and check-out, fulfilling guest requests during their stay, answering phone requests, booking and other duties according to the appointment.
- Sales assistance in attracting new customers and selling rooms, meeting rooms
- Able to solve issues related to customer service
- Any other duties that may be required by the support manager, laundry, breakfast and cleaning of some public areas
Requirements
- Available on flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
- Has strong written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience working at the hotel reception
- Owns the technology

Pay: $20.46 - $25.82 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
