Position Summary:
The Receptionist will support the daily company operations by creating a positive first impression for all visitors and ensuring a great experience through a professional and friendly attitude.
Essential Functions:
- Greet clients and guests when they arrive on-site
- Answer and transfer phone calls to appropriate parties
- Manage customer queries and complaints
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Order office supplies
- Ensure conference rooms and offices are stocked appropriately
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience and Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience
- Computer skills including Windows and MS Office Suite of products
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactively look for improvements to daily tasks
