SalaryUrgently hiring a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. The position is a 40-hour weekly shift, Monday - Friday. At least 3 years in an office role is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Competence in MS Office.
- Answer phone calls, emails, etc. in a an informative, professional, and timely manner.
- Understand the privacy act, proper ways to address angry customers and how to make the customer feel that their issue has been addressed.
- Answer questions about organization and transfer or refer callers to the appropriate POC.
- Take and deliver messages or transfer calls when appropriate, and provide addresses, directions, and other releasable information.
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Manage executive and conference rooms calendars.
- Receives, sorts, and distributes mail and packages.
- Order, receive, and maintain office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Performs other duties as needed, such as filing, scanning, photocopying, collating, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
