We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Until our facility is completed, we are at a temporary location: 2345 E Thomas Road Phoenix AZ 85016 . Once the facility is complete this position will be located at the facility: 1975 S. 99th Ave Tolleson AZ 85353
The Front Desk Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient front office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and department or office
-Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner direct calls to the appropriate person, or department,
- Manage room bookings for meetings and coordinate front-desk activities, including distribution of correspondence and redirecting calls
Provide information about the company, products, and services to visitors and callers
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed; filing photocopying, faxing
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
-Perform other clerical receptionist duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent typing skills with proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
