Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our studio, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for our members and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for Yoga, and a genuine desire to contribute to the studio's community.
Responsibilities:
Greet and Welcome:
- Warmly welcome members and guests as they enter the studio.
- Provide information about classes, schedules, and studio policies.
Customer Service:
- Assist clients with questions, registrations, and membership inquiries.
- Handle phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Manage class, workshop and retreat reservations using our booking system.
Studio Maintenance:
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized.
- Collaborate with other staff to maintain the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the studio.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and handling administrative tasks.
- Passion for wellness and a basic understanding of yoga practices is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Schedule:
Part-time hours with flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
