Front Desk Receptionist

Strategic Academy, a well established Mixed Martial Arts Gym, in Old Brdige, NJ, is seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Receptionist/Sales & Marketing Representative. The perfect candidate should possess an outgoing personality, while remaining upbeat and friendly.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting everyone, and answering phones in a professional manner
• Consistently providing excellent customer service
• Replying to inquiries in a timely manner
• Providing tours as necessary
• Promoting business through social media platforms and emails

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21
• Fluent in English
• Customer Service/Sales experience
• Computer/social media skills
• Complete membership contracts, then document them and all necessary information onto computer
• Detail oriented
