Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with client inquiries
- Maintain client records and update information as needed
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Provide excellent customer support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical duties
