SalaryPrivate Practice Physical Therapy clinic located in Pierce County, WA seeking a part-time receptionist.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Work with other employees in a team environment.
- Welcome and greet patients and visitors in a positive, professional manner.
- Check in patients.
- Check-out patient: Make follow up appointment.
- Provide all the proper paper work for our patients/visitors.
- Answer phone calls promptly.
- Schedule appointments.
- Inform patients of insurance coverage.
- Collect patient payments.
- Scan information into patient chart daily.
- Ensure that patient waiting room and treatment areas are cleaned and organized throughout the day.
- Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.

- Balance petty cash and cash ledger and prepare envelope for billing deposit.
- Assist as required to ensure proper authorizations are in place.
