We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude.
Duties:
-Responsible for handling copays and verifying copays with insurance
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or receptionist role preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
