Front Desk Receptionist

Astar Education Institute is seeking a responsible & reliable Front Desk Receptionist. This job consists of basic office tasks and basic assistance/coordination with current & potential students. Duties include regular office tasks such as data input, writing/sending emails, scheduling meetings and interviews, providing tours and answering any questions about our programs for walk-ins and phone calls.

**Bilingual (Spanish) Required**

Primary Responsibility:

1. Answer multi-line phones
2. Answer inquiries about Astar programs
3. Greet visitors & coordinate/schedule meetings
4. Enroll & gather student applications & payments
5. Run occasional errands
6. Basic data input and maintenance of spreadsheets
7. Assist with social media.
8. Send emails to students with class updates
9. Assist with translation for customers
10. Other duties as assigned

Pay rate starts at $15/hour and based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
