SalaryTodos Dance, a Natick-based dance and fitness studio, is seeking to fill a Receptionist position. This role is available as a part-time position. This role will be for Saturday and Sunday with a possibility of adding additional hours.
A successful candidate maintains a positive attitude throughout the workday while completing a range of administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
- Answer and forward calls and emails to the appropriate clients
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and activities
- Greet clients in a warm welcoming manner
- Ensure all common areas are neat, tidy, and fully stocked with supplies
- File management as well as copying and scanning
- Other general projects as assigned
The ideal candidate would possess:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Optional: experience with social media
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
