SalarySeeking an enthusiastic receptionist/customer service coordinator to join our awesome sales & marketing team. We are looking for someone with the ability to interact positively with all types of people and that can be self-motivated and organized. We would love to give this job to a hard worker with a great attitude.
We have an awesome company culture and like to laugh as hard as we work! Sales and marketing experience is not necessary. However, we do like to see some longevity in previous employment on your resume - and some great customer service or administrative experience. Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Provide positive, helpful interaction with our customers and potential candidates on the phone, email/text and in person.
- Carry out thorough documentation of employee information in our employee management database.
- Act as receptionist from our Front Desk and greet/direct all incoming customers/interviews.
- Provide assistance to other team members as time permits.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect/interact kindly with all types of people.
- Strong administrative, organizational & efficiency skills as this is a fast-paced job with a lot of different moving parts.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize wisely
- Ability to switch gears quickly and possess solid research and problem-solving skills
- Professional image
