As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information about our services, office hours, and location
- Assist with ordering and keeping track of office supplies
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Scan and file Invoices according to the filing standards
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and its applications is a plus
- Familiarity with calendar management software is a plus
