Front Desk Receptionist

Coastal Realm Gymnastics is looking for a part time customer service Front Desk Receptionist to work in the afternoon/evening Monday through Friday.

This job will include:

* Greet people when entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions, introducing new clients to their coaches, and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.

* Answering the phone and managing calls by taking messages and delivering them to the proper Lead. Provide a friendly and inviting customer service experience over the phone.

* Accept deliveries.

* Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling on the phone.

* Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.

* Handle filing and data entry as requested e.g. new customer information, changing classes, modifying existing customer accounts.

* Creation of marketing materials e.g. monthly newsletters, promotional materials for special events, internal flyers etc.

*Collect and sort the daily mail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
