```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the Front Desk
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing guest concerns
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and payment processing
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality management preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest services
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
