Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the Front Desk
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest reservations and cancellations
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a Front Desk or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for document management and communication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Join our team at the Front Desk of a very high end Condominium in Sunny Isles, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met. Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
