We are currently seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Pro to be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with guests, providing a friendly and enthusiastic welcome
- Provide detailed information about our membership tiers, park hours, pricing, promotions, and waiver policy
- Handle sales transactions and cash management
- Manage concessions orders and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including restrooms and Front Desk area
- Attend team meetings and training sessions regularly
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling cash transactions
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
Compensation
The position offers a competitive pay starting from $11.50 per hour.
